CD1 Primary
This class is a self contained class for primary students who are Speech Language Impaired. This disability affects students in their receptive, expressive and articulation language development. This in turn affects their academic learning abilities. My goal is to increase these areas of developement while teaching the students academic skills in a small group, direct instructional enviornment. This in turn will assist the student in learning the academic/ social skills needed in order to become productive adults. It is my goal for all students to one day return be mainstreamed or to be released from the self contained environment and return to a regular classroom.
